Return Policy

What is your return policy? 


4Sisters1Closet will gladly except returns on your purchase and will issue you a store credit or exchange. Returns are only accepted on merchandise within 10 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. For items received after 10 days there will be a 20% restocking fee. All sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items also include handbags, belts, shoes, bathing suits, hats, jewelry and accessories. 4Sisters1closet will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.


How do I make an exchange? 



Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package along with your original invoice. Securely pack and seal the merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A store credit will be sent to you upon receiving merchandise. 4Sistets1Closet cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in the mail. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU INSURE YOUR RETURN AND GET PROOF OF DELIVERY.
